For all of our investments, we aim to hit a specific return being in the range of low double digit numbers involving the Annualized Average Rate of Return, Internal Rate of Rate, and Cash on Cash Return. With this being said, it should not be expected to see these type of returns because these are just financial projections and not actualized gains being made.

For every asset we acquire, we charge a 3% acquistion fee of the purchase price and a 1% asset management fee. Please keep in mind that the fee structure could change depending on each property we buy.

We typically hold our assets for a 5-7 year hold period. Be mindful that we can hold or sale the property sooner or later, if it isn't in the best interest of the market, our investors, and our team as well.

We don't guarantee any returns you will make based on our financial projections on what our investment opportunities may provide or have performed in the past. In addition, there are a numerous amount of factors, financial metrics, and unforseen events that can affect the performance of the investment you have made with us for each asset that we have and/or will acquire in the future that we have no control of.
